I had to get this off my chest esp since I just learned about something so #disgusting and #disgraceful… It just makes me want to throw up. FIRST OFF I want to #thank all my #amazing #followers and #supporters for continuously #motivating me to push myself: in the #gym and during my #races/#marathon. With that being said. IT #PISSES ME OFF THAT THIS ONE “PERSON” has the nerve to claim she ran a marathon!!! What a #disgrace. Does she not know that people train for months and months and the #accomplishment of #running a marathon is huge. DON’T LIE ABOUT RUNNING A MARATHON JUST TO GET #ATTENTION!! That’s just disgusting AND LOW. In all of my races: 5k, 10k, 5miler, marathon- you can find my name whether it be legal or nickname on the website. The fact that I can’t find hers is a raised eyebrow and the fact that the finishers #medal she posted on #Instagram isn’t even a marathon medal is beyond #stupidity. I HAVE A LOT OF #PRIDE IN ALL THE #RACES I DO AND I KNOW HOW MUCH HARD WORK AND #DEDICATION GOES INTO #TRAINING FOR A MARATHON OR ANY RACE, that’s why it pisses me off that this person goes on Instagram and lies about it like its just another day. It is with a huge #smile on my face and in my #heart that I announce I WILL BE #RUNNING THE #2014BOSTOMARATHON!!! This is the email is received from the @BAA this morning. “B.A.A. Extends Special Invitation To 2013 Boston Marathon Starters Who Did Not Cross Boylston Street Finish Line

The B.A.A. is extending an invitation to register for the 2014 Boston Marathon to official entrants in the 2013 Boston Marathon who were unable to cross the Boylston Street finish line.

To be eligible for this special offer, a 2013 Boston Marathon participant must have been an official entrant who started the race and who reached at least the half marathon mark in this year’s race on Monday, April 15.

In early August, you will receive a non-transferable unique code via email. This email will outline a specific timeframe for you to register. Your entry will be guaranteed only during a designated registration period in August.

You will be required to pay an entry fee, which has yet to be determined.

Seeding details have yet to be determined and will be forthcoming.

An additional note from the B.A.A.: The opportunity to run down Boylston Street and to cross the finish line amid thousands of spectators is a significant part of the entire Boston Marathon experience. With this invitation to return and participate in 2014, we look forward to welcoming you back to Boston next year.
